NR Conseil provides to project maagers with its expertise so that the Earthworks and HWR projects are carried out in optimal conditions, respecting the expected time and budget conditions.

Our activities in earthworks and VRD
- Current road survey: development / redevelopment of public spaces, car parks, platform, wet networks.
- Civil engineering of underground networks: electricity, public lighting, telecommunications (dry networks).
- Earthworks study: Earthworks of at least 10,000m3, earthworks carried out in places with difficult access requiring complex techniques.
Due to the technical complexity of a construction site, our mission is to intervene in engineering as assistance to project management to provide advice resulting in a saving of time for the owner and the master of work. all of this while respecting commitments.
