The company NR Conseil

Founded in 1993, NR Conseil is a member company of Syntec-Ingénierie, providing advice and expertise in the development, design and engineering of buildings and urban infrastructure in metropolitan France.

Benefiting from a strong image on our territory, it is by our vision of a generalist engineering built around our 3 subsidiaries that we distinguish ourselves.

A general approach organized by highly qualified employees able to meet the requirements of construction, allowing us to be able to respond and adapt to all types of projects: a vision particularly appreciated by the building owners attentive to make reliable their decision making upstream.

Continuing its development over the years, NR Conseil currently has 21 employees including 15 experienced engineers, 3 architects, 1 Revit designer, 2 executive assistant.

The role of our team

Depending on the specificity of the projects, the engineer or architect training business managers ensure the conduct of operations, from the programming and sketching phases to the acceptance of the works.

As a single and multidisciplinary contact person for the operation, the Business Manager ensures the synthesis between the various stakeholders and guarantees the Owner the best responsiveness for the success of the project.

Territory development:
In the design phase, the NR Conseil teams integrate the targets of the environmental approach: harmonious relationship of the project with its immediate environment, choice of materials, management of water, energy, waste, notion of comfort and quality of the project.

Environment:
In collaboration with the various actors of the sustainable development approach, NR Conseil develops projects that meet the environmental labels: HQE (High Environmental Quality), BREEAM (BRE Environmental Assessment Method), …

To meet the expectations of its customers, NR Conseil offers them to integrate technical solutions favorable to the environment and energy savings.

We follow our clients for the realization of their projects, throughout the territory, and provide more than half of our turnover outside Ile-de-France.
