As part of the ZAC poets, the transformation of the neighborhood and the road services of the latter made it necessary the demolition of the underground parking BREL-MERMOZ. • Parking located avenue Jules Chatenay, located between a residential building and individual houses. The buildings were adjacent to the car park to be demolished. • Prior reconnaissance of the existing ones, phased demolition with prior protection of the bays by guardrail before demolition (risk of falling), realization of platforms with minimum lift and leveling of the ground preparations for the VRD works planned after demolition (VRD works outside demolition perimeter) .
